Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between cczz ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses or uses the cczz website, mobile platform, gaming services, and all related features and tools located at cczz.im and its subdomains.

By registering for an account, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise interacting with any part of the cczz platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and cczz. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the platform, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

cczz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on cczz, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines;
• Be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
• Be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable local law at the time of play;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing the cczz platform is prohibited or restricted by law;
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person employed by cczz or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether imposed by cczz or by any gaming regulatory authority;
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party.

cczz reserves the right to conduct further eligibility checks at any point during a user's tenure on the platform and to suspend access pending the outcome of such checks. Users who no longer meet the eligibility criteria are obligated to notify cczz immediately and cease use of the platform.

Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on the cczz platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. cczz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cczz login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. cczz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify cczz immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of account security. Until such notification is received and confirmed, all activity on your account — including any wagers placed or deposits made — will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, cczz is required to conduct Know Your Customer verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time — particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification completion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

cczz accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits are generally credited to your cczz wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment network, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your cczz account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any criminal activity. cczz reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. cczz reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the platform's banking section.

cczz will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawal destinations must be verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals requested before applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met may be subject to forfeiture of the bonus portion of the balance.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. cczz reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts as specified in the platform's fee schedule. You will be notified before any such fees are applied. The remaining balance will never fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

Bonuses & Promotions

cczz offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible registered users only, subject to residency, age, and account standing requirements. cczz reserves the right to exclude any account from a promotion at its discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus may be held in a cczz account at any given time.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• Abuse: cczz reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back bonuses where it determines, at its sole discretion, that bonus abuse has occurred — including through the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.

Gaming Rules

All games available on cczz — including but not limited to slots, live casino games, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and virtual casino — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or game category. These game-specific rules are accessible within the game interface and form part of the overall agreement between you and cczz.

Random Number Generators

All non-live games on the cczz platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not predetermined or manipulable. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics conducted by trained dealers in regulated studio environments.

Bet Limits

Each game on the cczz platform has defined minimum and maximum bet limits. cczz reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. In the event that a wager is placed in error above the permitted maximum, cczz reserves the right to void the excess portion of the wager and return the relevant amount to your account balance.

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during the course of a game, cczz will endeavour to resolve the outcome fairly based on available game state data. Where a fair determination cannot be made, cczz reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the wager amount to the player's account. cczz shall not be liable for any loss of winnings alleged to have occurred as a result of technical failures beyond its control.

Void Bets

cczz reserves the right to declare any bet or wager void where it is placed in error, placed after the outcome has been determined, placed on a suspended market, or where the odds or game parameters were published in error.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cczz platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods;
• Money Laundering: Using the cczz platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to obscure the origin of illegitimate funds;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including in live poker or other competitive game formats;
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with any part of the cczz platform in place of genuine human gameplay;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors in any game or platform feature to obtain an unintended advantage;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits made to your cczz account;
• Underage Access: Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access for any person who does not meet the age requirement;
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account login credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your account.

Responsible Gaming

cczz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for most players, can become problematic for some individuals.

cczz provides all registered users with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over a specified period;
• Session Timers: Set time limits on individual gaming sessions;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of time spent and amount wagered during a session;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cczz platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game assets, audio and visual content, and user interface components — is the property of cczz or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

cczz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the platform content without prior written consent from cczz;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software;
• Use any cczz trademark, logo, or brand asset without express written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on any cczz platform content;
• Frame or mirror any part of the cczz platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of cczz intellectual property may result in legal action. cczz reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cczz, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption of gaming services due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Decisions made by regulatory authorities that affect the availability of the platform or certain game types.

The cczz platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While cczz makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components at all times.

Where cczz is found liable, the total aggregate liability of cczz to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

cczz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cczz may be required to share user data with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or as part of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing compliance obligations. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the cczz Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These Terms

cczz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, cczz will use reasonable means to notify registered users — which may include a notification displayed upon login or an email to the registered account address.

Your continued use of the cczz platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account and arrange for any remaining balance to be returned to your verified payment method.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. cczz will maintain an archive of previous versions of these Terms upon request.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The cczz platform operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the cczz platform, you are encouraged to first contact cczz customer support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. cczz will investigate and respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between you and cczz, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. You agree to exhaust all available internal resolution channels before pursuing any external legal remedy.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above process.
